This suite of courses is recommended for those employees currently in or preparing for a supervisory or managerial role.

Primary Course Objective: 

This training program challenges supervisors and managers to develop their team leadership and change management skills through a series of virtual problem-solving simulations. Upon completion, the user will be prepared to address specific team building opportunities within his or her staff. More than 20 teamwork exercises and activities are included.

Building Your Team

  Identify common barriers to effective team leadership. Examine the steps to analyze and change how your own team functions.

Implementing Change

  Understand the principles of change management and how to proactively prepare to alter your team dynamics. Specific tools and templates are included to help the leadership and team members identify and implement change.
