Please configure your computer system according to the following standards before you begin the training, or your training progress may not be recorded.
- Set your computer display resolution to 1024 x 768 or higher; click here for directions on how to change your resolution.
- Connect to broadband Internet with low latency (a connection with a download speed greater than 2 Mbps and an upload speed greater than 1 Mbps). Low network speeds can cause buffering on video playback and training courses to timeout. Click here to test your connection.
- Update your Web browser to the latest version of Firefox, Chrome or Explorer. Apple OS users should run the latest version of Safari.
- Turn off pop-up blockers. For directions on how to do this, click here.

You can resolve many issues by simply clearing your temporary Internet files, cache and cookies, then restarting your browser and logging into the system again. But make sure you configure your system to meet the minimum system requirements first.
If you receive an error message during your training, please stop immediately, log out of the training program, and correct your system settings; otherwise, your training progress may not be recorded. Click here (go to existing link: http://www.itsimulations.com/training-login/minimum-system-requirements/error-messages/) to see examples of possible error messages and instructions for how to proceed. If you continue to have issues, please contact us.
